Returning your purchase:

Tigerlily Belgium has a 14 days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with tags still attached.
We do not return of refund items bought in sale.

Contact us via email at info@tigerlilybelgium.com Please include your customer order number and which items you would like to exchange in order to ensure stock availability

Ship with the courier of your choice (for returns outside Belgium). For your own benefit, please ensure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in case of loss during delivery.

Place the items in the original packaging and enclose securely.

Please note that the cost of return delivery is our responsibility and will be paid for by Tigerlily for return shipments within Belgium.

In case of return delivery within Belgium we will provide you with a return document by email.

Receiving your refund:

We offer a full refund in case you not like your Tigerlily Belgium item.

Your refund will either be credited to your bank account, or as store credit.
